Though shanghai master dumpling does make a fair effort in the dumpling race; not as good as shanghai street but worth a visit :)minghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02173537262392098472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1043923915333387273.post-46158252808073215422012-10-14T12:40:33.994+11:002012-10-14T12:40:33.994+11:00Ahh gotta try their shenjianbao; I would have too ...Ahh gotta try their shenjianbao; I would have too if I weren't so full! Don't understand why they use sweet chilli sauce though, it's bizarre and certainly doesn't go with dumplingsminghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02173537262392098472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1043923915333387273.post-9974753018228866092012-10-14T01:38:44.126+11:002012-10-14T01:38:44.126+11:00We almost crossed paths! We looked at dining at Little Peninsula just Friday night and realised when we got there that the menu was COMPLETELY and utterly different to what's on Urbanspoon. I asked the waiter and he said they lost a chef or something so decided to just serve bar snacks. Since we weren't there to drink, we had to go elsewhere. Shame! It seems like a good drinking place. :)

And I agree, the city (and everywhere else) needs better dumplings. ;)Jenny @ Ichigo Shortcakehttp://www.ichigoshortcake.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1043923915333387273.post-57869296440604090092012-10-10T23:14:56.094+11:002012-10-10T23:14:56.094+11:00I agree that we need more good dumpling restaurant...I agree that we need more good dumpling restaurants in the city - Shanghai Street is always too busy for me.

Also, a cocktail and a half is a fair effort :DSophiehttp://edibleposts.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1043923915333387273.post-71621900033184653722012-10-10T20:55:27.889+11:002012-10-10T20:55:27.889+11:00Woohooo a mention!

While this is not the best dumpling restaurant in the city, it's probably the closest one to my work so the location is a bit of a +1 for me. I also think their shenjianbaos are pretty good :DLibbyhttp://theveryveryhungrycaterpillar.comnoreply@blogger.com
